- All Employees and Volunteers of Connoisseur Media, Participating Sponsors; including family members and roommates, employees of any Central Illinois Radio Station are not eligible to qualify or win.
- Prize winner(s) will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees associated with any awarded prize.
- One entry per person.
- Contestants must be 21 years of age to enter.
- Voters may call in as often as they like.
- Votes will also be taken on the homepage of 967irock.com during the matches.
- Photo Identification is required when claiming prizes.
- The name that appears on the PRIZE FORM is the name that MUST appear on the photo I.D.
- Prizes must be picked up within 15 days or they shall be forfeited.
- Callers give WIHN the right to use their name, voice, and likeness without further compensation.
- Winners/Qualifiers are non-transferable.
- Prizes are awarded "as is". Prizes may not be traded.
- No Purchase Necessary.
- WIHN will only use the brackets that have been received by 10am, Monday March 15, 2010.
- The individual that has scored the most points will win the Miller Lite Prize package that includes a Miller Lite Tool Chest Mini-Fridge, 4 Collapsible Miller Lite Tailgate Chairs, a Miller Lite Grill, and a Miller Lite Cooler. Incase of a tie, WIHN will then go by the most correct picks in each of the brackets involved with the tie. In the event there is still a tie, WIHN will conduct a drawing for the winner.
- WIHN has the right to disqualify any individual from the contest at any time, for any reason.
- WIHN has the right to end the promotion at any time and may change the date of the event at any time.
